Social Media and Web Presence

Before I joined the team, Momentum had a very generic website and a LinkedIn page with very few connections. In my position, I have made edits to website content, launched a blog, and facilitated social media engagement.

When editing and creating content in this role, I use the following applications and programs:

  • Canva

  • Adobe Acrobat

  • Dropbox

  • OneDrive

  • Microsoft Office

  • Outlook

  • Google Suite

In my time at Momentum, their social media presence and engagement have increased tremendously:

  • Linked In following has organically increased by approximately 1000% with more than 120 weekly visitors

  • Over 2.4k website page views and about 900 unique visitors - largely driven from Google searches.

Articles and Publications

Momentum Commercial Real Estate aims to be a trusted source of professional, easy-to-understand commercial real estate information. To increase web presence and spread knowledge, I started publishing articles on their website. These articles include informational posts, local market insight, and case studies of Momentum's projects.

Flyers and Marketing Materials

One function of my role is editing and creating marketing flyers from templates for the commercial properties Momentum's agents list and managing them on the Louisiana Commercial Real Estate Database.

Additionally, I aid in the creation of high-quality marketing materials from an outside creative agency - consulting with them and acting as a liaison for the Momentum team.

Office Administration and Management

In-office, I am responsible for all incoming communications and foot traffic, serving as the brand ambassador for the company. I also take care of some managerial and office administrative tasks including emails with vendors, communication with partners, scheduling sessions with commercial real estate photographers, and coordinating with agents and clients.

In my time at Momentum, the brokerage relocated to a newly purchased building. My role in this transition period was very multi-faceted and included spearheading the packing and organization efforts, assisting with fixture, paint, and furniture decision-making, project management, open house planning and implementation, and more.

Corporate Gifts and Client Appreciation

Designed and ordered branded corporate gifts including stainless steel wine stoppers, water bottles, frosted party cups, and tumblers. I also wrap and prepare all gifts and am responsible for shipping or delivering them to vendors and clients around the city.

Custom Apparel

Connected Momentum with Southern Marsh, a local apparel company, and facilitated the design and ordering of branded team polos, vests, and jackets for everyone in the company.
